    CHALLENGES
    • Existing budgeting & planning solution was not adapted to Danone’s business.​

    • High workload and too much data crunching for Finance users with existing systems (Excel or Essbase depending on the country).

    • A limited scenario simulation was only available to business users and most of the business units were not using the same tool.​
    SOLUTION
    • Built and adapted existing Data Integration flows from source systems like SAP and others (Trade Management, Transportation Management, Master Data Management…).​

    • Advised the customer on the functional and technical process improvement options.​

    • Tested and deployed the solution.​
