CHALLENGES
- The Impulse program is the new financial and management consolidation platform for the entire Danone group
- Built on CCH Tagetik software since the end of 2020 on the basis of the North America pilot, it is being deployed successively in the group's 26 country clusters (the "markets"), at an average rate of 3 countries per cluster (+ 75 countries)
SOLUTION
- The initial integration of the North America market into the group consolidation has established the integration process for each new market
- Each newly deployed market integrates the support process with L1 support per region (3 regions) and central L2 support.
- The BI Solution Mission Director is "doubled" by technical experts (Product Manager Run) per application to guarantee the availability and viability of the system.
