    • Our client was in need of a complete review and optimization of their Budgeting/Planning and Consolidation process.
    • They used to do their planning, budgeting and forecast on Excel and the consolidation on HFM and wanted to have a modern unified platform to reach their ambition of growth

    • The client engaged Solution BI to implement Tagetik for the Budgeting, Planning and Consolidation process for the office of Finance but also to support them with their current solution HFM and Sage 300 during their close month end.
